Terms & Conditions

  1. Membership Overview:
    The Benchmark Electrical Services or BEST Club (Benchmark Electrical Services Total Care) is a residential membership program designed to provide priority service, discounts, and peace of mind. By purchasing this membership, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
  2. Eligibility & Property Restrictions:
    Residential Use Only: This membership is valid exclusively for owner occupied residential properties. It is not valid for commercial properties, rental units, vacation homes, or multi-family dwellings where the property is not the primary residence of the owner. Address Specific: The membership is tied strictly to the specific address where it was purchased. It cannot be transferred, moved, or applied to a different address, even if the owner moves. Non-Transferable: The membership is non-transferable to a new owner.
  3. Commitment & Renewal:
    Annual Term: Membership is sold as a one-year (12-month) or three-year (36-month) commitment.
    No Auto-Renewal: This membership does not automatically renew. Upon expiration, the membership will simply end unless a new membership is purchased. No Refunds: All membership fees are non-refundable. No prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations requested prior to the expiration of the term.
  4. Service Call Fee Policy:
    Standard Service Area (15-Mile Radius): For properties located within a 15-mile radius of our service center, the standard service call fee is waived ($0) for the first visit after membership enrollment.
    Outer Service Area: For properties located outside the 15-mile radius, the standard outer area service call fee of $89 is discounted to $49 per visit. Subsequent Visits: All subsequent service calls during the valid membership term are free (within the standard area) or discounted (in the outer area), regardless of the issue type.
  5. Discounts & Savings:
    Discount: Club Members receive a 10% discount on electrical services. Combination Policy: This 10% discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, coupons, seasonal offers, or discounts. The best available rate will be applied, but the 10% member discount is exclusive.
  6. Cancellation & Termination:
    Benchmark Electrical Services reserves the right to terminate membership privileges immediately if the member violates these terms, fails to pay for services rendered, or engages in fraudulent activity.
  7. General:
    These terms are subject to change at the discretion of Benchmark Electrical Services. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or on our website.
